Who Can Consign?
Currently the opportunity to consign is only available to A Child's Garden parents, former parents, in-coming parents and parent referrals.
What is Consigning?
This is an opportunity to sell gently used children's items including:
- Children's clothing and shoes
- Maternity clothing
- Toys, books, games, etc.
- CD's, DVDs, other multimedia items
- Nursery and baby items
- Baby gear: high chairs, carriers, bouncers, etc. (No car seats!)
- Outdoor and sports equipment
You will prepare and set the prices on your items. Upon their sale, 80% of the proceeds will go back to you with the remaining 20% supporting PAP initiatives at the preschool.
Any items that do not sell can either be returned to you or you may opt for them to be donated to a local charity after the sale.
All consignors are required to volunteer for one three hour shift at the set up or during the sale. You will be able to select a shift via an online sign up once registered as a consignor.

Once you've signed up, you will receive a Consignor's Packet with the following information:
- A consignor number
- List of items we are unable to sell (Ex. we cannot sell car seats)
- Guidelines for pricing items
- How to prepare items for the sale (including tags)
- Drop off and volunteer information
- Payout information
